Hi.  I'm Melissa.  Baking cookies has been a passion of mine ever since I was a little girl when I would bake holiday cookies with my mom.  Back then decorating consisted of throwing sprinkles or a glaze on a cookie.  The more elaborate decorating came in 2004 when we made cookies as my wedding favors.  I instantly fell in love with the creativity and the process of it all.  I was hooked.  My cookie dough is an old family recipe created by my grandmother, so not only do my cookies not look like any other you'll find, they also don't taste like any other cookie.  I'm happily obsessed with decorating and creating new cookies.  Because, let's face it, "all you need is love... and a tiara.  And maybe a cookie."  (quote from Princess Sassy Pants)
